The 111 Murray Street Sales Gallery served as an office and commercial space where real estate sales executives could showcase a model residence prior to and during construction of the 111 Murray Street tower nearby. The space allowed for potential buyers to physically experience a typical residence while also serving as an office for sales executives and a gallery showcasing amenity spaces and the Tribeca neighborhood at large.

The project involved a full renovation of an existing suite within a landmark building in Tribeca, and in addition to the construction of the model residence, also included new mechanical, electrical, plumbing, lighting, A/V, fire safety, and security systems throughout.
